hassle!

call centers! hindi sila efficient!

aba tanungin ka ba naman kung sino huli mong nakausap. hihingin mo ba talaga yun knowing na iba-iba naman nakakausap mo everytime tumatawag ka sa kanila? at iba-iba yata sila ng records! nawala na lahat ng ebidensiya na nagrequest akong card replacement! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

tapos kelangan ko pa magfax! magprint then magpaphotocopy then magpa-fax ng documents! ang hassle! may deadline akooooooooooooo!

lesson learned: wag mong sirain ang credit card mo next time. ipatago mo na lang!
